Aims and Objectives
The project aim is to develop a strategic practice for retention and transmission of know-how among employees in particular in the metal industry in case of succession.
Objectives:
- To Facilitate a procedure to guarantee competitiveness through the retention of distinctive competences;
- To integrate internal and external recruitment along with other practices;
- To guarantee employability also for people over 50 years of age by providing support to learning and competence development;
- To facilitate the transition from working life to retirement ;
- To allow the acquisition of competences from older people;
- To explicit implicit knowledge in business turnover processes;
- To facilitate the sharing of knowledge within the workforce, from older to younger;
- To facilitate professional development and growth of employees within the company;
- To boost the development of flexible staff to meet the continuous changes in the working environment;
- To shorten the periods for adaptation to new positions and achievement of own performances.
